The Autozam AZ-1 was built by Kurata, a stamping die and parts supplier in Hiroshima. In 2001 Kurata was merged into the KeyLex Corporation it is now known as. In the photo below, representatives were at the 30th anniversary of the AZ-1 event on October 7th, 2022 to demonstrate how the body panels attach to the frame. They still have possession of their car built PG6SA-100100. Pictures of it below on display at their manufacturing plant.
