SuzukiSport dual tip muffler - Can acquire used on Yahoo Auctions Japan. I’ve only ever seen one and this is it. I bought it. The tips on this is a straight slash cut.
The Mazdaspeed dual tip muffler looks like this with a serialized plate that says Mazdaspeed and can also be acquired used on Yahoo Auctions Japan. It is a rare unit to pop up for sale. The tips are different on the Mazdaspeed one too, it was more of a rolled tip.
